Shopping Assistant

The Store Assistant feature allows you to customize and integrate a virtual shopping assistant on your website to help customers find products and get answers to their questions.

Step 1: Accessing the Store Assistant Settings

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Navigate to the "Store Assistants" tab on the left menu.

Step 2: Configuring the Assistant

Click on the edit icon to configure that particular section of the Shopping Assistant

Step 3: Saving Settings

Once all settings are configured, click on the "Save settings" button to apply the changes.

Step 4: Integrating the Shopping Assistant

  1. Scroll down to the Integrate your Shopping Assistant section.

  2. Click on Show More Button

  3. Shopping Assistant: Copy the iframe code provided and paste it into the code of your website.

  4. Event Consumption: Copy the script provided and paste it into a <script> tag in the root of your website or the JS file.

By following these steps, you can customize and integrate the Store Assistant feature into your website, enhancing customer interaction and support.
